1. Program Overview

The Java 4 Junkies Affiliate Program (“Program”) is designed to reward individuals and organizations (“Affiliates”) who promote our mission of supporting independent coffee roasters and small coffee shops. By joining the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 14 years old (with approved parental authorization)
• Own or manage an active online presence (social media, website, blog, etc.)
• Share content that aligns with our community‑driven values
• Not engage in hate speech, illegal activity, or harmful content

Java 4 Junkies reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Java 4 Junkies honestly and ethically
• Use only approved branding, images, and promotional materials
• Avoid misleading claims about products, commissions, or earnings
• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly, following FTC guidelines
• Refrain from spamming, cookie stuffing, or deceptive practices

Affiliates represent the Java 4 Junkies community and are expected to uphold our values.

4. Commissions & Payments

4.1 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn:

• Standard commissions on qualifying purchases

Commission percentages may vary based on product category or promotional campaigns.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Payments are issued monthly
• Minimum payout threshold applies (e.g., $25)
• Payments are made via the method selected in your affiliate dashboard

4.3 Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or a chargeback occurs, the related commission will be deducted from future payouts.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use paid ads that compete with Java 4 Junkies branded keywords
• Misrepresent themselves as employees or official partners
• Use their own affiliate link to make personal purchases
• Promote Java 4 Junkies on websites containing adult, violent, or illegal content
• Use bots, fake traffic, or fraudulent methods to generate clicks or sales

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program.

6. Intellectual Property

Java 4 Junkies grants Affiliates a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use our:

• Logos
• Banners
• Product images
• Approved marketing materials

Affiliates may not alter or create derivative versions of our branding without written permission.

7. Termination

Java 4 Junkies may terminate or suspend your participation at any time for:

• Violating these terms
• Engaging in unethical or fraudulent behavior
• Damaging the reputation of Java 4 Junkies or our partners

Affiliates may also leave the Program at any time by contacting support.

8. Modifications to the Program

Java 4 Junkies reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Java 4 Junkies is not responsible for:

• Loss of revenue
• Technical issues
• Delays in tracking or reporting
• Errors caused by third‑party platforms

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
