Che Cosa Coffee

Just a small roaster who takes pride in every batch of coffee we roast. The rule is, if we won’t drink it, we won’t give it to you. We roast in small 5 pound batches so that every bean is properly roasted in our fire roaster. Fire roasting means there is no green taste left on the bean.
When you order from Che Cosa, we roast the coffee and ship it immediately out to you from our location in Clinton Township, Michigan. Small batch means that our coffee is never sitting around waiting for you.
